Running

The trick is to click and hold you mouse on the wheel, and make small circles. Keep the mouse moving, but really really slow when you are in bounds. Move a little faster when the bounder maker moving up, and keep moving even when the marker is going down.

Weight Lifting

This is the easiest course. You simple click and hold the mouse down to get into the upper bound. Let go and wait for the bar to fall into the lower bound. Click the mouse and hold it again until you are in the upper bound. Repeat over and over.
